Shipping address

We will deliver the product to the address specified by the customer. Please be sure to indicate your address and name in alpha beds.

Antique items will be shipped within one week after payment is confirmed (excluding weekends and holidays). It usually arrives in 10-16 days after shipping. However, if a special shipping period is listed on the product page, it will be as stated. "Pannier of the Month" products will be shipped on the date listed.

Lost or damaged in transit

In this case, please include your name, phone number, purchased items and tracking number.

For the warranty against damage, please check the contents before signing it on delivery, and if there is a problem, please refuse to receive it by providing some pictures that clearly show the condition of the product. Please email us with your photos and details within 2 days.

In the above case (loss, damage), we will send you a gift certificate of the same amount (product price + shipping fee) and guarantee it.
