There are many that depict only landscapes, but this plate is beautifully designed with a rocaille pattern. You can't help but look at each seaside pattern. The earth is gentle ivory.

Clairefontaine kiln near Paris. The back stamp has the yacht mark and MARINE written on it. Late 1800s-c. 1900.

Flat dishes with a diameter of 23 cm. It is a plate that can be used for all kinds of dishes. The bright brown color is beautiful.

"Terre de fer" pottery with a lot of kaolin and feldspar added (semi-ceramic semi-porcelain) is called Terre de fer terre de ferre . It was first produced in 1770 and mass-produced in the late 19th century. It was made to be whiter and more robust.

There is a small chip on the back edge, but it is not visible from the front. With fine cutlery scratches. It is in good condition for an antique item of this age, but there are small scratches and pattern threads due to aging. Please purchase antiques with understanding.
